Quality

We have tested our panels in CPRI for 50 KA Short Circuit test, with temperature rise test as per IS 8623/Part No.1-1993. We emphasize on quality at all the stages including quality checks through continuous sample testing and physical quality test before dispatching the consignments. This is achieved by our team of electrical engineers, technicians and quality auditors. We use sophisticated mechanisms and recent techniques to ascertain superior drilling ability, full consistency and maximum utilization of energy. The bus bar used for the base material consists of high conductivity electrolytic aluminium or copper material. It also has heat shrinkable insulation sleeves with color code of Phase and Neutral identification. Coloured PVC insulated copper wires of 1100 or 650V are used for the wiring of control power. Before testing all panels we take visual inspection & note the actual clearance of minimum bus bar clearance – Phase to Phase, Phase to Neutral, Phase to earth. Manufacturing Process
We use 2.5, 2, 1.6mm thick CR Steel to fabricate panel boards basic structure. It consists of various vertical segments. The dead front switch board is made by couple arrangement and a degree of IP 52 of IS 2147 and more is achieved for the production. The constructed panel is mounted on “C” channel (75 x 40) of 6mm thickness. It is provided with appropriate lifting hooks for proper support.
Internal connection of the panel are fabricated from appropriate copper and aluminium bus bar from 100A. Apt size of bus bar chamber and cable alley is furnished with FRP, SMC, Epoxy supporters at regular interval, complying with short circuit current capacity of 50KA RMS. About the Owner
Mr. J. Muthukrishnan is the CEO of System Power Gear. He is basically a Engineering graduate having over 25 years of experience in this field. He has a sound technical knowledge in Panel designing and Production. Before venturing into System Power Gear, he has gained the experience with various reputed industries and with his own capacities, himself in Panel designing, production and Project Costing. Quality is his prime concern. At System Power Gear he is looking after Corporate Planing, Production, Finance, Administration, Marketing and HRD functions.

All bus bar made of high conductivity electrolyc aluminium / copper material providing with heat shrinkable insulation sleeves with colour code of Phase / Neutral identification. The bus bar joints are using high strength Bolt, nuts, Plain & Spring washer with zinc plated material.
All control power wiring shall be used 1100/650V coloured PVC Insulated copper wires, with suitable socket & lugs terminated with the galvanized zinc plated bolt nut with spring & plain washers. The minimum height of the panel will be for 1800mm & the maximum length of the panel will be 2500mm. The operating height of the handles / Pushbutton of electric components are for easy operation maintenance of the height from 500mm to 1800mm as the IS standards. img2
Before testing all panels will have visual inspection & note the actual clearance of minimum bus bar clearance – Phase to Phase, Phase to Neutral, Phase to earth. Providing with the earth bolt & earth bus bar marking & hylum barrier for bus bar chamber and danger board, name plate with circuit identification label as per the drawing. Finally the panel will tested by 1000 V / 200 Meg Ohm Megger and apply the High Voltage of 2.5 KV Per Minute as per I.S. Standard.
