We are engaged in marketing & distributing various Outdoor Fabrics in partnership with International brands - Dickson Constant (France), Sunbrela (USA), Sunsetter (Korea) and Onyx. We market these products in the Indian market with the support of our efficient marketing personnel in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with latest machines to develop our products with innovative technology and precision. Further, our service executives ensure effective after sales service to ensure trouble free functioning of our products.

Our manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 35,000 square feet. The unit is equipped with latest manufacturing machines that are based on latest technology allowing us to develop our products with innovative approach. Further, our infrastructure facilities also incorporate an in-house design unit that helps us in constantly developing and improving products and in customizing our products as per customers’ specifications.
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with following in-house facilities : - Casting: In-house Gravity Die Casting machines and Dies for Aluminum casting of various components and products.
- Machine Section: In house machining facility with Milling Machines, Tapping machines, Drilling machines and Belt Grinders.
- Sub Assembly Section: Sub Assemblies of Products using Hydraulic machine and load testing equipment.
- Final Assembly Section: Final assembly of all products using hand tools and drilling machines is done here.
- Fabrication Section: MS, GI sheet, Structural and Aluminum structural fabrication works using Welding machines, Disc Cutters and Grinders is done here.
- Paint Section: Spray Painting using Rotary Compressor unit is carried out in this section.
- Powder Coating Plant: Dipole electro charging Powder Coating equipment, Stat field Powder Gun, 8’ X 4’ X 3’ Powder coating Booth, 22’ X 4’ X 3’ Baking oven, 7 Dip chemical bath treatment process.
- Graphic Section: In house Graphic section for Glow signs, Backlit Awnings, Banners etc. using computers and Graphic cutter plotter machine.
- Tailoring Section: Consists of Four Industrial Sewing Machines for Fabric Stitching and RF Sealing machine 2.5 KW for Sealing PVC based fabrics.

The Orchestra Range from Dickson, France is 100% Solution Dyed Acrylics in beautiful colors and designs and are specially SX 29 and CLEANGARD treated using patented technology. It is manufactured with ISO 9000 norms and has warranty of 10 years with total life span of 10 to 15 years. Dickson fabrics are certified by OEKOTEX ( AUSTRIA ) for being Environmental Friendly & Non-hazardous , SKIN CANCER FOUNDATION CERTIFIED for being non-cancerous & GREENGUARD ( USA ) CERTIFIED . Some of the benefits of these fabrics are as per the 'LIGHT & COMFORT STUDY' done in London . - Health: screens out a minimum of 90% UV Rays
- Comfort: screens out 70% - 90% solar energy (heat)
- Light Control: allows 28% maximum light transmission
