The machine is suitable for upholstery, sofa, mattress, toy, foam rebonding, separate packing material production.

The machine is mostly used to cut the recycled material into regular pieces so that the waste material can be fully reutilized. The processed material can be used in foam reproduction or to be filling stuff.

 To make full use of waste materials: quilted fabric waste (mattress cover) ,foam, sponge, non-woven cloth, glue-spray cotton, pleated cotton.

The traditional way of processing waste material is to tear or shred the materials into irregular pieces with much powder raising; while BC1007 & bc1007-s adopt the advanced technical to cut the material into regular pieces. No dust during processing, low noise, good to health & environment.
