Hessonite/Gamed is the gemstone for Rahu

Color: are also known as Gamed or Gomeda. Both are effective for Jyotish.

Clarity: only have very minute inclusions that can be seen with the naked eye are desirable.

Shape: Emerald cut, oval, cushion, round.

Clarity: gem should be eye flawless. Clarity should be VS1 or better.
