Tarang, incorporated in the year 2004, is widely acclaimed business concern in the field of traditional Tanjore Paintings, Theme Based Paintings such as Miniature Paintings, Glass Paintings and handicrafts that reflect finesse in art and craftsmanship. The company is exclusively engaged in making and marketing of Tanjore, glass and Rajasthani paintings. Moreover, Tarang also deals in Indian handicrafts made of wood & metal, imported art prints and modern paintings.
The founders of the company, Mrs G.S. Leela & G.S. Kiran have attained expertise in the traditional art and culture and are involved in making theme based and traditional Tanjore paintings. The founder of the company, Mrs G.S.Leela, has made more that 300 paintings, in different sizes and nature, to cater to the global demands for these paintings.

Historical Perspective
Started as a hobby in 1990, by Mrs.G.S.Leela, a keen follower of traditional as well contemporary art and craft, carried forward this form of art till the present day. She founded Tarang, with the purpose of bringing forth the traditional culture and art to the present era. Moreover, she also conducts classes for Tanjore paintings, traditional arts and crafts like making flowers out of soap, nib painting, flower arrangement and ribbon flowers. All these business conducts incited them to start the company, to market these Indian & modern paintings. |

Our expertise in creating exclusive paintings is exhibited in each piece of our craft. Being a quality conscious company, the finesse and the beauty of traditional art, especially the famous Tanjore art is precisely taken care by our skilled artisans.
To ensure that each piece of our collection of paintings speak the uniqueness in artistry, the quality of the raw material used in them is carefully chosen. Moreover, different options for framing these paintings are also available at our own workshop.
