Quenching Oil

Our high performance quenching oil are thermally stable, high performance medium to high speed quenching oil with a high flash point and very low viscosity. It is blended with low sulphur base stocks and excellent oxidation and thermal stability. It is fortified with special additives, which imparts accelerated quenching of components.

The quenching oil series have been formulated to impart medium to high speed quenching, with good wetting, penetration and hardening properties. It has a shorter vapour base with long sump life. They are entirely unaffected by contaminations from salt bath quenching processes.

Conning Oil

We provide conning oils that are used as a lubricant for texturising of nylon and polyester yarns. This oil gives proper lubricity to the filament yarn for efficient operations of texturising and crimping. Cutting Oil

We supply cutting oil that are available in soluble and direct forms. Cutting fluid or coolant is used to cool as well lubricate the cutting edges of machine tools and the pieces they are shaping. It is pumped over the cutting site of machines such as :

The cutting oil provides faster, easier drilling, cutting, sawing, threading, tapping and machining.

Metal cutting operations involve generation of heat due to friction between the tool and the pieces. This heat needs to be carried away otherwise it creates "white spots". Water is a great conductor of heat but is not stable at high temperatures, so stability is often achieved by making an emulsion of water with oil. Heat Transfer Fluids
