Purlin is a structural component, roll-formed from high strength galvanised steel with 120 g/m2 Zinc coating mass, which saves more than 30% of the steel by weight.

LYSAGHT SMARTDEK™ 51 Structural Decking System is an innovative “W” profile structural decking system. It offers better greater economy and design freedom since it is precision engineered and provides ease of use as well as safety. Its excellent spanning capabilities ensure greater strength and less deflection, specially suitable for construction of composite floor slab.

SMARTDEK™ 51 panel has a rib depth of 51 mm and provides an effective cover width of 960 mm. Embossments on top of the flange provide excellent mechanical interlocking between steel and concrete. In the assembled state, the profile comprises of intermediate male and female ribs for every interlocking side-lap joint.

LYSAGHT ZED-plus™ and CEE-plus™ purlins and girts are light weight structural steel members made from high strength zinc-coated steel. The sections exhibit better load carrying and spanning capability, are corrosion resistant, light weight and quick to install.

LYSAGHT® Purlins and Girts are lightweight structural steel members, designed in accordance with the AS/NZS 4600: 1996 Cold Formed Steel Structures utilising high strength zinc-coated steel.

LYSAGHT® ZED sections may be used over single spans, un-lapped and lapped continuous spans in multi-bay buildings. Lapped continuous spans result in considerable capacity increase in the system.
