These are made of quality galvanized coils procured from company dealers Jindal, Essar and Llyods. Manufacturing Facilities
Our state of art manufacturing facilities enable us to manufacture a high quality range of metal profiles. Spread over an area of 3000 sq. feet, our manufacturing unit has a production capacity of 60 units thus; allowing us to meet the bulk requirements of our clients with ease. Moreover, the unit is ell equipped with the latest machines and tools which are kept in perfect working conditions to ensure optimum utilization of resources. Some of the machines are: - Cutting

We also own a design unit which is equipped with CAD/CAM facilities which allow us to provide our metal profiles in customized specifications. We also outsource our designing facilities to ensure better results and quality products. To enhance our production capabilities, we are planning to install advanced CNC machines and other additional facilities. |
Quality Assurance
One of our major emphases is on maintaining quality of our metal profiles. For this, we ensure that we manufacture these profiles by using galvanized coils which are procured from company dealers Jindal, Essar and Llyods. We have framed a quality paradigm which allows our quality controllers to perform various stringent quality tests before our range is being supplied to the clients. These stringent quality tests are being conducted in our manufacturing unit at every stage of production which ensures that consistent quality is maintained throughout. These tests are being performed on the following physical and other parameters: - Corrosion resistance

- Sterility

- Flange dimensions
Our quality and other analysis type of tests are done on random samples and as per the customer requirements. |
