The company is headed by Mr. T.T. Ashok, Managing Director. He is assisted by a team of qualified technologists and engineers apart from a trained work force.

The Company adopts international standards in the approach for Quality Systems, being certified by DNV, Netherlands for ISO/TS 16949, which provides the basic frame work for process driven Quality management.
The new product requirements of every customer follows an APQP route. Complete with process flow, FMEA, Control Plan etc., the samples are submitted with all necessary PPAP documents.
In the endeavor to meet international Quality Standards TAYLORS adopts the latest management techniques followed world over through TQM.
