Currently TDC provides theoretical and practical training on STAAD.Pro/CASTeR software.
Normal long-term course on STAAD.Pro extents for 8 weeks with 6 hours of classes in each week and for CASTeR it is for 2 weeks with 6 hours of classes in each week. Crash courses and Corporate training can be organized as per the requirement of a particular organization or for engineers residing outside KOLKATA.

Since its inception in 1987, TDC is engaged in its service in engineering consultancy in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical engineering.
Commercial and Industrial structures are designed and constructed.
Analysis of these structures are made through STAAD.Pro software and the complete structural reports are prepared through STAAD.Pro.
Drawings based on this analysis are prepared through CAD software.
Soil Investigation reports are made through the CASTeR software. The foundations are designed and the relevant drawings prepared.
Estimation of the projects are also made.

Few years ago TDC came up with its own software product CASTeR, a unique software developed for the Geotechnical engineering community and now engaged in development of other Civil engineering software products, which will be released very soon.
Apart from the engineering software product development, TDC is keen to take up new challenges for engineering development. Tailor made software to meet specific requirements in engineering works can be designed at TDC with proper technical support to its customers.
All report generating modules can be GEO CODED and GIS wing takes up primary and secondary surveys and Geo referenced maps that can be linked with CASTeR and other Tailored software.

CASTeR (Computer Aided Soil Test Report) is the state-of-the-art and most efficient soil test report generating software catering to the needs of practicing Geotechnical Engineers. CASTeR, truly a client server in behavior, takes away the pains of manual report generation comprehensively and allows the Geotechnical Expert to enjoy more space to efficaciously optimize his capabilities and skills towards perfect and accurate decision making. CASTeR, allows you to produce professional quality highly customized graphs/plots & calculation. It also calculates several other parameters associated with the plots/graph. CASTeR can be made GIS enabled. In a Geo-coded MAP different Soil Test Reports at different locations can be viewed, compared and analysed.

GTeCS (GeoTechnical Computational Software) is another software in the field of geotechnical engineering being developed by TDC. Such a software will encircle the entire gamut of this profession so far as the analysis is concerned. Amongst others it will have the modules for Slope Stability, Bearing Capacity, Pile Capacity, Underreamed Pile Capacity.
