Our range includes rapid mixture granulators (trmg-150), tablet compressors (Standard), fully auto tablet compressors (TC-15) and fully auto tablet compressors (TC-23). The complete range is manufactured using high grade raw material to ensure their high quality and longer working life. Assembly Shop

This is where we assemble the machines with control panels, wiring and accessories. After the assembling is done, our team of engineers and technicians carries out various manufacturing processes such as modification, development and running of machine trial with perfection.

Machining Division

We manufacture various machines parts in our mechanical shop that is situated at Bhayanda (E). The entire work is carried out with accuracy & quality by our efficient workers using lathe & shaping machines that are installed at our machining division.

Further, our manufacturing unit at our premises has an ample installation capacity that helps us to offer our range in bulk quantity within the stipulated time frame. Moreover, the unit is equipped with advanced machines and tools, to manufacture the machines in compliance with the international quality standards. Our fabrication division is based at Mumbai, Bhayanda (E), where fabrication of sheet metal work is carried out. In addition, we also have Argon welding facility that helps us in undertaking x-ray free welding, grinding & buffing that are carried out at our in-house unit to ensure the safety of our efficient workers.

The buffing work is accomplished outside of our premises to avoid suffocation & prevent dirt accumulation in working area.
