The retainer plate under tabletop is fitted from front and the stopper bush us fitted at the rear end. The cap is fitted in to the shutter cavity and screw on the hinge at right angles to the edge of the shutter. Mark holes in the cabinet for mounting plate and then these are assembled on the mounting plate. The shutter is aligned with the cabinet and on the hinge onto the mounting plate. This allows shutter to slide horizontally and also be pivoted for varying pressure.

While fitting the panel, side gap of 15.5mm is required and fixed slide should be fitted parallel and at equal heights to each other. In addition to this, screws should be recessed to avoid fouling. The fixed slide is set by 2 mm for auto closing.
