Tips : The best steels recommended for diamond polishing are OHNS, P-20, EN-24 although M.S. and carbon steels can also be polished well, WPS type material usually give a pitted surface after super finishing. A good finish of upto 600 grit paper done at the tool makers end will enable us to give and cost effective mirror finish without changing profiles or edges and affecting critical dimensions.
