Degassers For Aluminum Alloys Technocrat manufactures de gassers for all alloy types. It is manufactured in 50gm and 500gm tablets. It can be used in foundry, die casting units, extrusion etc. technocrat manufactures three types of degassing tablets at present which are based on three different techniques (strong degassing, degassing and degassing cum grain refining). Customized solutions like these ensure that our customers achieve the best degassing for their castings. | |
| Grain Refiner for Aluminium Alloys Technocast manufactures grain refiners based on titanium & boron. It can be used in all aluminum alloys and low silicon alloys. These tablets are available in 50gm and 500gm for treatment of any size of melt. Cutomisation of tablets can be undertaken whereby the titanium and boron ratio is adjusted as per the customer’s requirements. |
Magremover Chemical Powder A tablet product for the removal of small quantities of unwanted magnesium from aluminium melts these tablets available in 50 Gm–100 Gm sizes at metal temperature of 700- 850 degree centigrade. Application Rate - 1% of the charge weight for every 0.1% magnesium to be removed. | |
| Techno Cover Fluxes For Magnesium Alloys These fluxes are formulated for covering & cleaning slag formed during melting. These fluxes are also used to prevent burning of metal during melting & casting. Application Rate– 1-1.5% of the charge weight. |
Fluxes For Zinc Metals It is recommended as cover fluxes for galvanizing steel tubes,pipes,structure,wires & sheets to reduce the formation of zinc oxide,zinc ash & hard zinc & results in appreciable zinc savings. Application rate- initially 0.75 kg.Per ton of zinc in tank. Than 2.5 kg.Per ton of zinc after a regular interval of 3-4 hour. | |
