Incepted in the year 1992, Techno Controls has created a niche in manufacturing and supplying a broad range of electronic products in the market. We produce a variety of products like wind generator control panels, instrumentation control panels, heating control panels, electrical control panel and several others that are used for various industrial applications. We are completely professional in our work area and are working with customer oriented approach.

Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. Kiran Chinchanikar, we have developed a strong base and recognition in the market. He was the in-charge of electrical electronics & service departments. He was trained at M/s SIEMENS in Germany and UK. He had also bagged prestigious award of CMIT-PMT and FIE for best designer at IMTEX- 89. We possess an enriched experience in the field of electronic products and acquire a well equipped infrastructure that enables us to produce a wide range of components. We are a member of SSI.

Our Expertise
Programming

In our expertise we have a PLC programming which is a very important part of our business. We supply and organize various descriptive comments which are helpful in the maintenance of our machines. Our engineers have written a variety of codes for different applications. We follow G codes for machine interface and PC programming.

Control Panels

We undertake the manufacturing of the control panels at our site. We have systems ranges from terminal boxes to several meters of control panels and provide the panels from reputed manufacturers like Rittal, Enclotek.

Design

We incorporate the CAD construction of and production electrical and panel layout diagrams. We also provide the complete electrical system and logic documentation.

Mechanical Support

We manufacture and assembly to suit the requirements like torch handling system for plasma melter, test rings, horning machines. We support a large variety of PLC and CNC systems.

Warehousing
We being manufacturers as well as suppliers have a spacious warehouse where we can store bulk electronic products manufactured by us. The capacity of our warehouse is around 4000 units. We make sure that we maintain a proper temperature in the warehouse so that the products are completely intact in their original form. Our warehouse has a proper provision of air and sunlight so that no humidity or dampness persists in order to maintain the purity. We have a completely hygienic environment in our warehouse as it is regularly cleaned.
