Techno Enterprises, a proprietary firm was established in 1982 by?Mr. S. R. AGARWAL?having its plant at M.I.D.C. Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra, India. On the onset, the company was concentrated on manufacturing air-coolers (royal/prince/smart) and then electrical horn for matadors.
After 6 years of establishment, the need to convert into manufacturing of Automotive and Engineering Components for improved image and better business relations was increasingly felt and consequently in 1989 the firm re-established to produce precision automotive components and sub ? assemblies for Bajaj Auto Ltd. and hand moulding parts for Telco and Philips India ltd.
