Projects Undertaken- MINERAL PROCESSING PLANTS
Techno Designs specializes in Mineral Processing Plants for various Minerals such as
1) GROUND CALCIUM CARBONATE PLANT( MICRONIZING),
2) ZIRCON SILICATE (ZIRCON OPACIFIER),
3) GARNET , SILICA,
4) TALC .
The Plants offered are for Dry as well as wet grinding. We offer total solutions for Mineral Micronizing complete Turn Key Projects for Mineral Processing starting from Raw stone crushing, Cleaning and Continuous Micronising Plants comprising of Ball Mills, Classifiers etc.
Techno Design has also started Manufacturing Multi Wheel Classifiers in Technical Tei Up with IVA INDUSTRY BERATING Gm BH- GERMANY.
Techno Design has made 1.5tph GCC Plants and 2000Kg/Hr Zircon & Garnet Grinding Plants for achieving d98<10 Microns and d98<44 microns respectively.
Techno Designs also offers Wet Grinding Mills for Calcium Carbonate Grinding to less than 1.5 Microns which finds use in Paper Industry.
We also offer Total Engineering solutions including Lay Outs etc for the Plant.

Projects Undertaken- PAINT PROJECTS
Techno Designs offers complete Paint Projects for Manufacturing Water Based, Solvent Based and Acrylic Based Paints. Techno Design also offers Resin Plants for manufacturing Alkyds, Epoxy, Polyester Resin Plants. We offer all the main equipments for Manufacturing above Paints. Techno Designs also offers Total Project Designs including P & I d, Main Equipment Lay out, Piping Design and Piping Lay outs for the Paint Manufacturing Units.
