The function of this spray is preliminary cleaning & will remove max. contamination from the components & will help to reduce the load of next ultrasonic cleaning process. A overflow collection tank, filtration system, oil skimmer, recirculation pump & required pipe lines will attached to this process tank on common base frame to separate out contaminant.
Ultrasonic Cleaning: In this chamber the components are exposed to hot ultrasonically energized aqueous cleaning solution. High efficiency ultrasonic transducers will be mounted at the tank bottom to generate uniform ultrasonic vibrations in the solution, (with separate ultrasonic generators). Separate filtration system with overflow collection tank, recirculation pump & required pipelines also be provided with this tank. To maintain the solution quality.
High Pressure Spray / Flooded Rinsing: In this chamber the cleaned components are exposed to high pressure (5 bar) industrial soft or DM water jet spray also they are dipped in flooded tank at atmospheric temperature or at 60 – 65 deg. The function is to remove alkaline traces from surface of the component. A overflow collection tank, spray pump, recirculation pump required pipe lines will attached to this process tank on common base frame also be provided.
Hot Industrial Water Dipping : In this chamber the cleaned & rinsed components are dipped in hot industrial DM water tank. In this higher temperature of the water helps to increase the surface temperature of components which helps for faste.
