We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Bandsaw machines, which are widely used in forging companies and machining establishments. These machines are double column type, hydraulically operated and can be varied in two types. All machines come with `Auto height adjustment of the blade. We offer semi-automatic & automatic machines available in cutting capacities of 160 mm, 200 mm and 300 mm.  and in two versions; viz. semi-automatic & automatic. The details about two versions are:

Semi automatic: This model comes with one vice. It has a hydraulic bow movement, which travels to its home position after the cut is complete. The operator needs to move the job to desired cut length and start cutting.

Fully automatic: Provided with dual vice, the machine has One vice fixed and other moving. The moving vice indexes the preset length as per job requirements.  All operations are automatic controlled through electric control panel

We also manufacture hydraulic presses required for manufacture of polyurethane foam panels. The platen sizes vary from 2.5mtr. x 1.2 mtr. upto 4.5mtr. x 2.7mtr. The pressing capacity ranges from 80 tons to 400 tons.
