This mechanically Agitated Thin Film Dryer has made it possible to dry product with complete solvent recovery under vacuum, if required. This indirectly heated dryer, with no air contact made the drying possible with processing time of few seconds, an ideal feature for heat sensitive products. It is excellent tool for obtaining the dry powder from feeds in solution, slurry, wet cake or paste form. The dryer is available in vertical and horizontal version. It is the most energy efficient dryer in the market with thermal efficiency exceeding 90%.
The systems can be configured to dry the product with or without pre-concentration based on the plant capacity and feed dilution.
Our dryer has played vital role in water recovery when use for zero discharge. It converts effluent slurries to powder while water recovery from the waste water streams.
