Our Agitated Thin Film Dryer makes it possible to get instantaneous dry powder from Solution, Slurry and Paste one step with complete solvent recovery.

        

It is now possible to distill your high boiling, heat sensitive product under high vacuum of 0.001mabr with quick processing time of few seconds using our Short path distillation unit.

The mechanically agitated continuous extractor gives excellent performance over conventional batch kettle extraction with saving in solvent, power and manpower.

Our Scraped surface heat exchanger can convert your batch kettle crystallization process to continuous process resulting in efficient crystallization.

Serious problem of Industrial effluents having inorganic salts are successfully handled in Multiple Effect Evaporator and Sludge Dryer. Water can be recovered completely concentrating the effluents into handlable dry powder mass economically.

Development time, costs, risk and time to market the product is reduced using our contract processing facility. Feed quantities from 100 kgs to few tons can be processed.
