Design

Material Specification
ST-52, cold drawn seamless tubes, honed to a surface finish of < 0.3 microns RA, assure long seal life.
Piston and rods of medium carbon steel, cylindrical ground for precision and hard chrome plated to prevent damage and corrosion. Induction hardened rods are used for special applications.
Head end cover is made up of graded casting. Due to non-porosity of casting, strength of head end cover is extremely high which helps to face heavy duty works.
Sealing system from halite and parker has been standardized.
Manufacture
Our Cylinders are manufactured on state of art machine with the highest global precision manning. We ensure that all our products resemble masterpiece of craftsmanship.
Our manufacturing system follows regimented quality procedures as laid down by ISO 9001:2000 quality control system.
We manufacture our tubes on vertical heavy duty sliding head type honing machine. Surface finish of the highest standard is achieved. Cylinder rods are ground by precision CNC Controlled Grinding Machine.
Assembling System
The last and the most important operation of our cylinders.
Our assembling system follows halite seal instruction method. All parts of the cylinder are assembled on neat and dry area.
