Established in the year 1979, we, “Techno Industries”, are one of an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturers and suppliers of a quality-assured range of Cranes & Accessories, Hoists, Chain Pulley Blocks, Trolleys and Heavy Lifting Equipment. Our product range includes Double Girder E.O.T./H.O.T. Cranes, Single Girder EOT Cranes, Under Slung Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Wire Rope Hoists and Chain Pulley Blocks. In addition to these, we offer Electric Transfer Trolleys, Rail Clamps, Chain Wheels, Wire Rope Slings, Rotatory Limit Switches, Master/Cam Controllers and others. These products are marketed under the brand name of 'Tacklers', which is one of the leading brands in the industry. The products offered in this range are capable of operating in hazardous (flame proof) areas, as per gas group IIA, IIB & IIC, thus, are widely used in steel industries, hydro power, railways, rolling mills, marbles & stones, wind mills, marine industries, engineering companies, chemical plants, air craft industries and paper mills.

The entire range of equipment is suitable to cater to the needs of different types of industrial applications. Our range of Cranes and Hoists is designed in compliance with IS-3177, IS-807 & IS-3938 as well as Manual Chain Pulley Blocks as per IS-3832. For manufacturing the entire range of products, we make use of stringent quality-tested raw material and other components that are procured from the reliable vendors of the industry. In addition to this, we design, fabricate and check the quality of our products with the aid of latest technology and advanced machinery. The products offered by us are widely appreciated for their low maintenance, efficient functioning, rugged construction and user-friendly operations.

Our organisation believes in establishing and sustaining quality management system in all our business activities that enable us to offer a flawless range of Cranes & Accessories, Hoists, Chain Pulley Blocks, Trolleys and Heavy Lifting Equipment. We have a state-of the art quality lab, which runs test audits on the final range of products to detect any kind of flaws. Moreover, we follow total quality management principles while manufacturing the products using high-grade raw material and other components sourced from the trusted vendors of the industry. The entire range of products is designed and made in compliance with the international quality standards by employing advanced technology and machinery. For testing purposes, hoist is suspended in the crane with the help of Tacklers' scissor table and checked for their hoisting & cross travel. Our testing arrangement can test the wire rope hoists up to 20 tones. We also provide special electrical panel for end user & third party inspection. We test all our products on 25% overload as per I.S.A 100 Tons load testing facility and crane crab along with dynamometer is also made available by us. Our organisation follows quality control audit methods as per IS/ASME standards.

Our Facilities:

• Chemical testing: Material used for equipment and structural members i.e. MS plates, bars and others shall be tested as per IS:2062 specifications from approved laboratories.
• Hardening & stress relieving tests: Hardening & stress relieving tests for wheels, gear box castings, gears & pinions are performed as per IS specifications from reputed vendors in induction furnace.
• Welding: Butt welds subject to tension area are radio graphically tested and routine D.P. test are carried out as per IS:4853. All non-load taking welds are examined internally as per ASME standards.
• Electric control panel: Functional tests of control panels are conducted by means of simulating working condition for insulation resistance test & voltage tests.

• Mr. Atul N. Choksi: He is the founder member of the company and has 40 years of experience in management of a company.
• Mr. Nirag A. Choksi: He has degree in B.E. Mechanical and a rich experience of 15 years. His expertise lies in performing the most complex technical tasks that require application of fundamental concepts. Along with Mr. Atul Choksi, he has dealt with number of corporate and government sectors.
• Mr. Aman A. Choksi: Possessing degree in MBA, he is the in-charge of managing business relationships with our organisation's key suppliers. He ensures that products and services offered by us meet the standards of quality and cost effectiveness. Moreover, he makes sure that the ordered consignments are timely delivery at the customers' end.
