We also offer optional accessories like safety relief valves, suction strainers pulsation dampeners and motor that helps in the continuous operation of the pumps.

We design and offer efficient Metering Dosing pumps whose output is manually adjustable from 0 to 100% through micrometer which is calibrated. The drive side of the pumps is enclosed and runs in oil bath. These pumps are reliable pumps in which the integral worm reduction is used with eccentric and connecting rod to convert rotary motion into reciprocating motion. The crank can be adjusted by micrometer that changes the eccentricity of crank and consequently the stroke length.


Our range of multihead dosing pump is offered as duplex (2 head) and Quadruplex (4 Head) for handling different chemicals with a common motor to make possible the whole operation. Each head is independently connected and the capacities of each head are also independently modifiable. The pump can achieve flow rates up to 3500 lts/hr on a single head and all four heads. Total 14000 lts/hr.

Our pumps are available with individual pump heads in various capacities and in different material of construction. The liquid ends of pumps are manufactured from C.I, S.S - 316, S.S - 304, Alloy-20, Polypropylene, Hastalloy B & C, Teflon and several other qualitative raw materials that make our pumps resistant to various chemicals. These are suitable for continuous process plants where feed volume needs to be adjusted regularly.

Our Metering Dosing pumps can feed viscous polymers with accuracy and can be used with advantage for dosing of flocculants, alum, reagents, urea and many more in water and effluent treatment and in process industries. We also offer various accessories like safety relief valves, suction strainers pulsation dampeners and motor. The motors are weather proof, flame proof and explosion proof and offered in TEFC. Our pumps are mounted on common base plate and in ready to be use condition.

Our automated warehouse is well spread over vast area that is capacious enough to store the procured raw material as well as voluminous amount of manufactured pumps. We have segregated the warehouse into different storage sections where the products are stored as per their type and models that in turn avoids confusion and speeds the delivery process. Our warehouse has cranes and forklifts that help in bulk movement of heavy pumps.

We use qualitative packaging material that safeguards the pumps from wear and tear damages during shipment. The finished metering pumps are packed in sturdy wooden and corrugated boxes to ensure their safe and easy delivery. Our packaging professionals properly label the boxes and cartons specifying different technical details ensuring that the respective product is supplied to specific clients and department. Pressure Relief Valve
We provide superior quality range of pressure relief valves that are used as a safety device. These pressure relief valves are fitted at discharge line to prevent damages or harm caused to equipment, piping and its allied components due to sudden increase in excessive pressure. The pressure relief valves are an adjustable spring loaded valve. The valve is factory adjusted for set pressure as originally specified or at 10 % above the rated pump pressure. The inlet and outlet sizes of the pressure relief valve highly depend on pipe line size and flow rates and set pressure.

We offer an array of y strainers. These y strainers are essentially a filter with wire mesh as a filtering media. It is used on the suction line to filter out any solids larger than the mesh size which are trying to pass through the suction line. This y strainer is important for proper functioning of the pump. Non return valves of the pump may become ineffective due to solids entering the pump valves. Our y strainers are recommended in the suction line for the process fluids, which are likely to have undesirable solids or lumps. Suction strainer has to be cleaned with a regular frequency to avoid blockage of suction line. For cleaning suction strainer, close the suction side off valve and unscrew retainer and take out the mesh. Also clean suction strainer systematically with suitable solvent or water, soap and others and refit it.

Our range of pulsation dampers minimize stress and optimize flow. Use of pump which generate a pulsed flow, can create vibration in the delivery pipe work. Our dampers are manufactured with superior quality raw material. The damper fitted in any conforming position in a pipe work system will remove up to 95% of pulsation, thus reducing vibration and all associated problems.
