We are a top-notch manufacturer of optimist, which is a mist generating machines, which provides 100% RH with an astonishing power saving of more than 60%. Designed to make utmost utilization of the pressure of the pump, without any losses, our optimists is ideal suited for the purpose of achieving best smoke like fine, fuming mist that results in relative humidity and saves power to an incredible extend. It is achieved by adding the inlet pipe at the edge of the device for guiding the water into a carved pot shaped bottom surface that allows the water to swivel freely. The water then moves towards the orifice, around the cone with escalating centrifugal whirling effect, while the swiftness of layers of the liquid and the pressure in the whirling chamber increases manifold. When the turbulent and spinning liquid comes out from the specially designed tip of the cone, it obtains optimum pressure to effect the perfect formation of mist. With the increasing automation in the departments of spinning mills, there has been a change in the working environment that has resulted in enhanced productivity. The monitoring and controlling of the relative humidity (RH) process in the departments is also essential for maintaining the plant efficiency. With this view, we present the latest, sophisticated, compact and unique relative humidity monitoring system that is completely computerized for professional power management. It helps to save power and man power with provisions for auto and manual operations of pumps, to set pre-determined RH, data print out on date, time, RH%, duration of pump working, switched off time and others. The sensors are fixed at several places in the department that connected with the control unit. These sensors functions and controls the RH on the averages of all the five sensors and the relative humidity of the department at diverse places can be scanned by examining the individual RH values that are displayed on the RH Monitor. Controllable from the desktop, our RH Monitor, measures the relative humidity and also monitors the bills on power, manpower by shutting off the pumps when they are not required as well it sends the data every half an hour from the unit to the computer for avoiding any manual errors. Conical Drive Systems (CDS) Method of operation: Our conical pulley drive system provides a rpm variation of 3000 using a single motor along with a set of conical pulleys. The rpm of the spindle can be changed gradually and uniformly by moving the belt over the conical pulley with a help of a small Actuator motor. We present a range of texteema product,

spectrum of texteema products includes: (i) Photocell Unit: We offer photocell units for all types of blowroom lines, which are used for controlling the cotton level in hopper feeder, ERM cleaner and other arero feed units. Equipped with infra red type sensors, having a sensing distance of 3 meters, our photocell unit is designed to resist the supply voltage and frequency fluctuations. Further, an adjustable off delay time from 0to 20 sec is also provided. (ii) Ribbon Breaker: Our ribbon breaker are used for all kinds of cone winding machinery for avoiding ribbon formation in cones during high speed winding. Recurrent failure of thyristors type ribbon breakers are avoided by integrating solid state relays and are protected by single phase preventor as well as individual ON-OFF controls are also supplied for motors. Completely solid state in nature and no mechanical moving parts, it offers more life and guaranteed performance. (iii) Indication Lamp: Our indication lamp or flickering lamps are used in textile machinery to indicate the stoppage. These lamps have an inbuilt electronic circuit that is controlled by thyristor gate. (vii) Techno Sliver Sniffer: Techno silver sniffer is an electronic individual sliver monitoring system, which is used for bar creel machines such as TEXMACO HOWA DFK 2CD draw frames and RSB drawframes. In comparison to the conventional systems, our techno sliver sniffer can sensitively detect the sliver breakage and the thin sliver too, at any point from feed can to the drafting zone. Our deep analysis of every part of the pneumafil systems enables us to find the actual reasons for low suction. As a result we have developed sophisticated suction system for G5/1 ring frames. Designed to eliminate 1008 numbers of suction tubes which are behind precious and sensitive yarn, our pneumajet are highly compatible with the existing arrangement. The suction duct is connected to the main duct, which covers 8 sensitive yarns, requires 126 numbers of pneumajet to replace the 1008 nos. of suction tubes. The holes of the pneumafils are closed using nylon caps. Our pneumajet develops the suction to an unbelievable 300% that saves the consumption of power.
