Hand wheel fitted on gear box for easy positioning and control panel fitted with timer for setting of mixing time. These industrial blenders are also fitted with safety around hard with limit switch for safety operation. These blenders are available in capacity of 5 ltrs to 8000 ltrs.

The material handling system designed by us are completely integrated for pneumatically conveying and handling dry materials. The food and pharmaceutical industry demands equipment that will handle material with utmost cleanliness least possible degradation and minimum segregation.Our material handling systems are completely dust free and can be completely sealed. Any leakage in system will be inward-no noxious or hazardous materials discharged into work area. These systems are also versatile as the conveying lines can be routed between floors, through partitions, around machinery-can easily be re-routed to accommodate process modifications.

The cement conveying system manufactured by us receive the cement and fly ash at site in Bulkers or in bags. The optimum productivity of batching plant depends on how fast the cement / fly ash received at kite is transferred to Batching Silo. Our cement conveying system is user friendly and mounted on a skid. It will have options to both modes of cement / fly ash input i.e. Loose in Bulkers or material received in bags. Opening of bottom valve allows cement / fly ash to fall directly in dispatch pipe. The air flow carries the material to the main Silo. The conveying rate achieved is 30 - 32 Tons I Hour for this mode, the power consumed is 45 HP.
