Incepted in 1992, Techx Process Automation is engrossed in manufacturing and exporting of industrial machinery like sieving machine, sizing machine, rapid mixer granulator, fluid bed systems, tablet coating system, industrial blenders, material handling systems, cement conveying system, material handling system, cement conveying system, industrial material handling system, concrete conveying system etc. Our organization have slowly and gradually created a place for themselves in this domain. Under the guidance and motivation of our owner we have understood complete production processes and the intricacies of the business. We understand the market requirements and accordingly gear up our production process to manufacture products. All the products that are designed are as per the technical specifications provided by the clients as well as the industrial requirement.

Manufacturing Facility

Our production unit is spread in an area of 5000 sq. ft., with state-of-the-art infrastructure coupled with innovative and cutting edge technology. We have software upgrades to update and automate existing plant controls and systems all types of software from dedicated microprocessor control systems, PLC ladder logic to high level Windows based applications, Cement mixing and batching plant. We constantly invest in the technological upgradation to remain abreast of latest market trends. Our infrastructural set up includes sophisticated machines which are highly efficient and can manufacture products according to the required technical specifications.

We have recently commissioned 2000 kg/hr blender loading system with online sizing. We also have a complete power backup so that our production process is not hampered in case of any power failures. Our machines require less maintenance and can easily operate round the clock. Each of our production process is carefully handled and supervised by our personnels so that the production target can be achieved and the production cost can be minimized.

We have a team of professionals like management experts, skilled and unskilled personnel, quality analysts as well as R&D experts who are competent in their job and have complete product and market knowledge. Our experienced technical associates prepare a rough draft and after its approval by all the production engineers production process starts. Research & Development

Warehousing

We have a spacious warehouse which is spread in a wide area of 2500 sq. ft., and has temperature controlled environment. All our warehousing activities is looked after by warehouse experts. Our storehouse is located just behind the the production unit. Right from storing of raw materials to finished products each and every product can be easily stored. We also have various materials handling devices for easy moving of our products within the warehouse.

They have framed out certain quality policies and guidelines which are followed by our manufacturing unit right from procurement of raw materials to final production stage.
