Auto Remover also known as Rixa Hopper is a unique machine that was designed for door-to-door garbage collection. It is a tipper developed on a 3-wheeler rixa. Because of its small size this machine could enter narrow lanes hence allowing an easy and hygienic way of garbage collection. There is a stabilizer leg which works as a support for the tipper when raised hence avoiding any accidents.

This vehicle is a suction unit, which can be easily mounted on hcv/ lcv or on a tractor. The tank of this unit is controlled by a hydraulic pump which is a state of the art pump imported from italy, that sucks out all air in the tank creating a very high pressure vacuum in the tank which in turn enables the tank to suck in all the silt gathered in the cesspool. You get a level indicator that aids to know the quantity of silt gathered in the tank.

there is only 13. 5 lpm discharge of water but with a high-pressure water pump imported from italy, which makes it continuously work for about 37 minutes for one water tank.

This vehicle eliminates the need for a man to enter the chocked sewage lines for cleaning. A specially designed pump imported from italy, that can throw out water at a high pressure of about 215kg/cm2. there is a specially designed self propagating nozzle, which allows the water to flow in front and sideway directions, one in front and two on either sides of the nozzle. This machine is a high-pressure water jet that helps in breaking the blockade in the sewer system. The entire process is very quick in operation.

zero governors are used to supply gases at atmoshpheric pressure to the mixing chambers. These are mainly used for the furnace in glass industry. They are very sensitive and precisely maintain the required outlet pressure.

These regulators are having wider outlets pressure range. The outlet pressure can be easily adjusted by rotating the knob of spring adjusting screw. By rotating the knob anticlockwise the outlet pressure is reduced & by rotating it clockwise the outlet pressure is increased.

R - 2101 & R - 2111 are mainly used for gas cutting or welding purpose. These regulators have built in safety relief valve and flow control needle valve at the outlet. r-4110 / r-4301 are a low pressure medium flow pressure regulators, mainly used for industrial furnaces & other gas appliances. r-4202 regulator is mainly suitable for natural gas.

These regulators are used in pressure reducing system for natural gas. They are used to reduce the natural gas pressure from 4 kg/cm2 to 75mbar before supplying it to the domestic feeder line. These regulators are having built in slam shut off valve and creep relief valve (safety relief valve). These regulators are available in two models r-4405 & r-4403 depending upon flow requirements.

needle valves are used as flow control device. They manufacture two types of needle, suitable for high pressure applications upto 250 kg/cm2. V-6104 is having inlet & outlet at right angle. V-6105 is having inlet & outlet in straight line. We can supply needle valves for all gases. The material of construction depends on the nature of gas for which is to be used.

self closing valves as per is:8737 are having outlet connections as a plain collar diameter, which needs a specific device to connect threaded fittings of regulator / pig tails to these valves. Adaptors are used for these purpose. the adaptors are to be fitted on the valve which makes leak proof coupling between valve outlet & adaptor inlet. By rotating the knob of the adaptor the self closing valve spindle gets pressed and flow through adaptor starts at unreduced pressure. Vanaz adaptors are having brass forged body for high pressure chamber. The outlet connection is an integral part of the brass forged body and so the life of adaptors is considerably more. Each adaptor is fitted with non return valve at the outlet side which restricts th reverse flow through the outlet of adaptor.

we are manufacturing two types of non-return valves. V-6301 is having metal to metal seat and is suitable for high pressure applications upto 200 kg/cm². V-6304 is having soft seat. It is suitable for maximum working pressure of 20kg/cm². We can supply non return valves for all gases. the material of construction depends on the nature of media/gas for which it is to be used.

liquified petroleum gas is also an alternate environment friendly fuel like cng which curbs down air pollution. in india, the availability of cng is restricted only to the two metros-delhi & mumbai. Due to easy availability & transportability of lpg, the government has permitted its use as an automobile fuel. Vanaz has developed lpg kits for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers i. E. filter must be fitted prior to the regulators on the upstream side, to ensure that only clean / dust free gas is entering ther regulator. The presence of dust / dirt in pipeline results in malfunctioning of the regulator because of damage caused to the regulator seat and rubber seating pad. Also movement of the linkage is restricted due to the deposition of dust / dirt on the moving parts and affects performance of the regulator. Hence the use of filter is strongly recommended.

domestic gas meter is a diaphragm operated positive displacement type, gas meter. It is suitable mainly for natural gas and lpg. there are two different models m-0104 & m-0107. The meter m-0107 is having steel casing and it meets the fire resistance requirements as per bs:4061 part

A gas train consist of Filter, Slam-Shut Off valve, pressure regulator, safety relief valve and flame arrestor. Filter helps to remove the dust/dirt particles in the gas which may damage the regulator parts. The slam-shut off valve normally remains open. Incase the outlet pressure of the regulator exceeds the permissible limits, the slam-shut off valve senses it through the impulse line & instantly shuts off the supply to the downstreams system. The safety relief valve is provided for additional safety. It is to be set at higher pressure than the slam shut off. valve pressure so that the safety relief valve will operate only when slam-shut off valve fails to operate. The outlet of the safety relief valve is vented well above the roof through the Flame arrestor.

The Government of India has given the approval for the use of LPG as an Automobile Fuel with fixed LPG tanks in vehicles.
