We offer High strength Free flowing Dry Ready mix Microconcrete for structural repair & rehabilitation.It is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry powders which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a free-flowing, shrinkage compensated microconcrete suitable for large volume concrete repairs at nominal thicknesses. The material is based on Portland cement, graded aggregates and additives which impart controlled expansion in both the plastic and hardened states while minimizing water demand. Its low alkali content minimizes the risk of alkali-silica reaction. The hardened product exhibits excellent thermal compatibility with concrete and outstanding water repellent properties. The aggregate grading is designed to aid uniform mixing and to eliminate segregation under pumping pressures. The low water requirement ensures fast strength gain and long term durability.

We are offering water repellent chemicals : - Dura seal is used a a impregnating non film forming type non oxidant water repellent for rendering external plaster, vertical walls, horizontal ips floors & parapet walls. Microconcrete is a dry ready mix cementetious based composition formulated for use in repairs of areas where the concrete is damaged & the area is restricted in movement making the placement of conventional concrete difficult.
It is supplied as a ready to use dry powder which requires only addition of clean water at site to produce a free flowing non shrink repair micro concrete. This is a cementitious material, with additives, which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state with reduced water demand.
Purpose:
For the repair of damaged reinforced concrete elements like beams, columns, wall etc, where access is restricted and compaction is not possible. Also for jacketing of RCC
columns to increase its load bearing capacity.
Usage:
It is designed for use in medium & large volume repairs typically ranging from 5mm to 50 mm thickness & deep. The product can be applied in sections generally ranging from 5mm to 50 mm thick although greater thicknesses may be achievable depending on the configuration of the repair location and the volume of exposed reinforcing steel & the final formulation offered.
