BondCoat LW is a formulated bonding coat developed for use in civil industry for application in bonding of old to new concrete surfaces.
Usage:
Bondcoat LW is a ready to use coating ,to be used directly from the container, no need to add any other Cementetious material before application.LW stands for Long window. Conventional coatings available in the market based on polymers requires cement to be added before the application on the cemented surface. Rising dampness in buildings may be defined as the vertical flow of water up through a permeable wall structure, the water being derived from ground water. The water rises through the pores (capillaries) in the masonry by a process loosely termed "capillarity." In other words the masonry acts like a wick The common causes are deterioration due to age and bridging of a damp course with internal concrete floors, renders or external paths and earth levels a (DPC) damp proffing course is specifically designed to avoid the possibility of rising dampness
Types of Problems due to Rising dampness for inside walls:
Paint does not adhere to the wall.
Wall paper lifts and stains appear on the walls.
Plaster flakes away, feels soft and spongy, bubbles and white powder or crystals of salt appear on walls
Wooden Skirting boards and floor boards rot.
For outside walls:
Mortar frets and falls out between bricks and stonework.
Stains or white powder appear on walls.
These problems are mainly aesthetic problems only, however it is conceivable that structural damage could result from extensive rising damp, and of course a damp mouldy environment could pose a health risk to people.
A single component polymer modified, cement-based mortar designed for effective and economical repairs to all types of concrete structures. It is specially designed to be used for the reinstatement of concrete beams, columns and slabs for building repairs.

1.1Air drying epoxy coating consists of two components :
Resin or coloured pigmented compt.
Hardener
Procedure :
Clean the surface to be coated by regular method of sand papering and degrease if oily/greasy surface is to be painted. Separate surface preparation procedure is provided for galvanized surface.
Mix the two components and wait for 15-20 min. or as high as 30 min. Add thinner 1 or 2 parts depending on the method of application, brushing, spraying, dipping, etc.
Mix only minimum quantity which you may consume for one application for spraying (say) approx. 150-300 ml. Do not add excess thinner.
Before spraying the coating check up the compressor for the following :
Moisture should be removed so that only drying air enters the gun.
Set the air cock pressure at 30 psi and observe that it does not reduce below 25 psi .
Distance of surface to be coated should be 10-12 inches from the spray gun, or depending on the nature of article adjust the distance and pressure.
Do not recoat before hard drying of the previous coat, preferably overnight drying is recommended for 2nd coat application. If the painting is done after correct surface preparation with two coat finish, following exceptionally good film properties are observed :
Very high glossy finishes.
Hard and tough surface.
Abrasion resistance or good slippery effect.
Good water, chemical, weather resistance.
It can also be used for :
Automobile parts, body covers, heavy machinery and structures exposed to bad weather conditions.
On any surface, i.e., metals MS, Aluminium, GI, Copper, Electroplated, Goldplated surfaces, FRP Moulded articles and most of all plastic items.
Surface Preparation For MS/GI/Aluminium,We recommend the use of our Pretreatment Chemical D'Rustol.
Dura Mra is a chemical release agent suitable for shutters and Moulds. Clean release gives a fair faced concrete surface. It is manufactured using a hydrocarbon vehicle blended with chemically active release agent.
Usage:
Dura Mra is suitable for all types of shutters and moulds. DURA MRA can be applied to steel, timber & plywood moulds.
Application Guidelines:
When using for the first time spray DURA MRA on the shutters while erecting them, and then just before concreting. There after DURA MRA can be sprayed just after deshuttering and cleaning. During initial uses new commercial ply shutters tend to be absorbtive. Hence it is necessary that new ply shutters are sprayed just before concreting also. DURA MRA reacts chemically with cement in such a manner that excellent release properties are imparted to the treated face of the shutters and moulds. Concrete casted with DURA MRA on the shutters has smooth, hard uniform and light coloured finish. The adhesion of subsequent finishes such as renders, paints or textured coating is unaffected by use of DURA MRA
