We design a wide range of centre less bar pending machines that are manufactured form premium quality raw material and are placed among an entry guide and steady rollers. They are placed over a cutter head that is predetermined on a revolving spindle and the bar to be moved by the feed rollers next to the revolving cutter.
 
Our range also consists of turning head stock that have a hallow spindle mounted over the ends of antifriction bearing. They also have a geared head having eight spandle speed and hardened gears. Besides this, they also contain feed rolls whose rotation feed the bar into turning head with a fixed rotational speed.
 
Their base is inflexible CI casting and includes gear head & feed gear box assemblies. Their effective cutter head have 1 tungsten carbide button tool holder and 3 profiled pressure rollers along with 1 tungsten carbide guide. Apart from this, these cutter head can easily be removed and are capable of giving long lasting performance. For backing up the rotation of the bars input as well as output carriages are offered on each corner of our range. Coolant system is used to control the regular flow of mineral.
