We offer a wide range of 10 Pair Mechanical Crimping Tool-TC 019 series which is known for its compact size. This hand-operated tool is light in weight and suitable for aerial jointing work. Optional facility in crimping tool is available for additional splice head set-up, for 2 bank splice jointing. These tools are also manufactured in accordance with client’s requirements and can be set-up for crimping two pluggable connectors.. The system consists of:

• Pedestal

• Splicing head assembly

• Mechanical crimping tool

• Pair test plug

 

Terminal and junction boxes are used to house electrical components and facilitate wiring. They are T-shaped or rectangular, made from a variety of materials, and available in many different sizes, sealing configurations and mounting styles.

Terminal Box for Distribution Point is manufactured using high quality raw material. These boxes are used for termination of secondary telephone network to the subscriber drop or service line cable pairs. Terminal Boxes for Distribution Point are suitable for internal wall mounting and external wall or poll mounting applications. As an optional feature, gas discharge tube can be installed for over voltage protection. Features of Terminal Box for Distribution Point are:

 

• The connector can be re-entered repeatedly up to 300 times, without any significant loss of electrical continuity and mechanical rigidity

• The Terminal connector employs IDC type contact, delivering a cold solder equivalent joint, the most reliable jointing technique used in telecom network.

• The disconnection type contact permits isolation of lines very easily.

• The connectors are available in 5 or 10 pairs.

• Terminal connector can be snap fitted on to the stainless steel bracket, which acts as ground bar, no need for screws to mount.

• Connector specially designed to for distribution, has wire pair guides on either sides. Besides pair identification marks are printed on the connector.

• Protection modules with Gas Discharge Tube (GDT), gang or single type, can be installed by simply plugging in to the connector.

• The box, which houses the connector, has a base and a lid is made of V0 Polycarbonate, offers excellent protection against harsh climatic conditions.

• The base fitted with seal, protection against rainwater and storm dust.

• The recessed shape of the base, offers convenience to the crafts person for easy termination of wires.

• Grommets are provided at the bottom of the base for cable wires and drop wires entry.

• Equipped with a lock, provides effective closing of the box. 2 versions are available, screwdriver and lock & key type. For safety lock with special key is extremely useful.

• Provisions for wall mounting are in-built in the box. Optional accessories are available for Pole mounting.
