Conceptualized in the year 1983, Tekmo Industries has made an indelible mark in the food processing industry with our reliable wet grinders. Our progressive firm was founded by Mr. Retnasamy, who is having close to 30 years of experience in manufacturing of wet grinders. The range of our precision engineered products includes, Grinding Machines, Grinding Equipment, Food Processing Machines, Food Processing Equipment, Wet Grinders, Tekmo Talent Wet Grinders, Tekmo Turbo Wet Grinders, Tekmo Conventional Wet Grinders, Tekmo Tilting Wet Grinders and Tekmo Multi-purpose Wet Grinders. We share a strategic partnership with CODISSIA, Coimbatore and are a member of the prestigious wet grinders manufacturers association (COWMA). Associations with such organisations has placed us at the fore front of the industry and lead us to the expansion of our firm in terms of having a branch office in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, apart from our head office in Coimbatore.

Since we have gained a strong foothold in the food processing industry with our grinding machines, we have charted out a number of expansion plans to maintain our popularity. These include looking for new buyers and availing the ISO certification from concerned authorities. This will be achieved through our rigorous endeavours in procuring the best raw materials for manufacturing our products. The different materials that we are using include:

Our unit spread over a large area, has all the requisite machines that help us in manufacturing products in voluminous quantities. With such large scale production in progress, our monthly capacity is above 5000 numbers. The various machines installed at our unit include:

Our production mechanism is efficiently handled by our dexterous manpower having years of experience in manufacturing wet grinding machines. The supportive team of our personnel includes engineers, designers, administration and management staff, quality inspectors and allied workforce. We are using electric motors that are manufactured in our premises of high quality for our Wet Grinders to provide our customers with quality wet grinders.

Ensuring complete quality stands at the fore front of our activities and this has earned us an enviable position in the industry. The various testing procedures start early with inspection of raw materials as per ISI standards. Our laboratory is equipped with a number of calibration instruments and equipment to conduct a thorough test on the finished products. We have high voltage testing instruments for motors and conduct high voltage parameter testing apart from the various other tests at our laboratory, including:

Capacious warehouse We have a capacious warehouse that can store finished products in bulk quantities. This enables us to meet the clients requirement even at short notices. We maintain suitable stacking conditions at our unit to prevent the products from any kind of wear and tear. Sampling facility Our customers can avail from us sampling facilities that are free for bulk requirements. For small quantities, the customer has to shell out a small price. Efficient Logistics We have both in-house as well as outsourced transportation facilities. For long distance deliveries we contact our C&F contacts ensuring that the finished goods reach the destination on time. We require a lead time of 7 days.
