We are recognized for our twin stackers. These stackers can be coupled with portable conveyors and used for loading & unloading of around 50 layers of sugar, cement or fertilizer bags in warehouses & godowns.

Having tremendous experience to our credit, we offer a comprehensive line of Pulleys, Rollers & Idlers. We have these products available with us in diverse diameter, wall thickness, length, shaft size and end type. These products can also be availed in keyless or even with key shafts. The mild steel, aluminum or an alloy is purposely used to ensure durability and help in heavy-duty use. Varied advance techniques such as rubber grooving, lagging, crowning and machining are done for making these products.

The pulleys and rollers we offer are installed by us in sugar/cement bag industries. Here, these products are used as bulk material handling systems for coal, ash, bagasse, bamboo, chip and raw sugar. We have supplied rubber lagged pulleys of 1000mm diameter with 2750mm face (length) having shaft diameter of 280mm at bearing for the Ennore Port Automation Project. 

We specialize in offering a broad array of Apron Feeder. These feeders are applicable for extracting material from hoppers & bins. Additionally, these feeders are also used in applications where high impact loads are involved. The feed rate of abrasive, bulky & lumpy material can be controlled with these feeders.

Primary application area of these feeders is mines & minerals, steel plants, coal fields, cement plants, thermal power stations, quarries and ports & harbors. Being technically specific, these feeders are applicable for aggregate making, crushing / screening, heavy chemicals and paper mills. Our newly introduced model of application feeder has a capacity of 2000 TPH. This helps in excursing control over the feed rate of iron ore in a ship loading system.
