Company had initiated the rehabilitation work in MTNL delhi when MTNL opened a new division for rehabilitation of telephone linesspreading in unproper way all over Delhi. MTNL started a pilot project and our company TCC was the first to execute the pilot project completed successfully. Trenchless Work by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
Expansion of Telecom Network in Metro cities where the roads are dug through excavation by various agencies for providing essential services and the roads need restoration no. of times which causes inconvenience to the residents as well need expenses to incurr every time. To avoid road cutting the local municipalities only allow trenchless digging by virtue of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Machine and now it is a common feature of any project where underground services are being provided.

Company TCC is well aquainted for the use of HDD machine and executed several projects by using HDD technique. We used this machine at very important places like Sena Bhawan, South Block, Rajpath, North Block, Kashmir House, SP Marg, Lodhi Road, Moti Bagh and other places of Delhi and also in other states as well.

The work involves survey, preparation of drawings, excavation of trench, Poly insulated Jelly Filled Cable (PIJF cable) laying, brick placing, backfilling, jointing of Cable, Construction of Pillar Plinth, Installation of Pillars, Installation of DP Poles, Installation of DP's, Termination of MDF, Pillar, DP's and finally testing of the entire Telecom System as per DOT norms. Executed different projects all over Indore to the entire satisfaction of the client.
• Company started work for Department of Telecom, Indore (Now BSNL Indore). The work involves survey, preparation of drawings, Laying of Duct Cable for sizes 100 pair cable to 1600 pair cable using Winch Machine, Pulleys Cable Trailer for Indore Exchange. The work also involved jointing of Cable, Construction of Pillar Plinth, Installation of Pillars, Termination of 2400 lines MDF, Pillars and Testing of entire Network.
• Company also executed work for Department of Telecom, Nagpur (Now BSNL Nagpur). The work involves survey, preparation of drawings, excavation of trench, Poly insulated Jelly Filled Cable (PIJF) laying, brick placing, backfilling, jointing of Cable, Construction of Pillar Plinth, Installation of Pillars, Installation of DP Poles, Installation of DP's, Termination of MDF, Pillar, DP's and finally testing of the entire Telecom System as per DOT norms. The work involves survey, preparation of drawings, Construction of RCC Manholes, RCC Handholes, PCC Ducts 4way to 24 way of 110 mm dia PVC pipes and 50 mm dia PVC pipes, Installation of Manhole and Handhole fittings like Channels etc. and finally Mendrill Testing of PVC pipes.
• Company also executed work for Department of Telecom, Nagpur (Now BSNL Nagpur). The work involves survey, preparation of drawings, Laying of Duct Cable for sizes 400 pair cable to 2400 pair cable using Winch Machine, Pulleys Cable Trailer for VRCE Exchange. The work also involved jointing of Cable (3M Connector jointing), Testing of Cables. The work also involves laying of OFC Cables through Duct.
• Company also executed work for Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd, Delhi. The work involves survey, excavation of trench, Poly insulated Jelly Filled Cable (PIJF) laying, brick placing, backfilling, as per DOT norms. Executed different projects all over Delhi to the entire satisfaction of the client.
