Digital Temperature Indicators/Controllers are available in many models. They accept thermocouple, RTD inputs. Cold junction compensation is a standard feature in thermocouple instruments. The input is passed through suitable filters to eliminate unwanted signals. It has low thermal drift operational amplifier which ensures good stability. The instrument is housed in a compact sheet metal case. The unit can be drawn from the front for easy servicing. Tempsen also offers two set point controller. Controller with differential function for freezer application is also available. To avoid overshoot controller with time PID(anticipatory) function is offered.Large display (1", 2", 4") indicator/controller is available.

TDSM-150 and TDSM-300 is a self contained micro controller based temperature recorder. The recorder is designed to accept Rtd, TC and 4-20 mA input. The sensor is selectable from front panel by feather touch switch. The pen holder arm is driven by rugged stepper motor. Calibration can be done from front panel. The recorder comes in two models (150 and 300 mm chart). LCD digital display is standard feature of the instrument. The temperature range and the sensor is selectable from the front. Daily chart and weekly chart models are available controller output is optional feature of the instrument. The set point is set from the front panel of the instrument. Fibre tip pen is used for marking. The pen holder arm is driven by rugged stooper motor.

This instrument is designed to accept Rtd, J, K, 4-20 ma input. The sensor and the range is selectable from front panel by feather touch switch. It has disposable fibre tip pen which, used for marking and is driven by rugged stepper motor. It is provided with a separate amplifier for zero and span adjustment. The electronic circuitry is micro controller based design. Replacement of chart can be carried by drawing out the main chassis. Single pen recorder have continuous marking by a disposable fibre tip pen. LCD display is the standard feature of the recorder.
Set point for alarm output in the recorder. The set point is also provided in the recorder. The set point is also set from the front panel. 20mm per hour is the standard chart speed. Other chart speed can be offered on request.

Tempsen micro controller based digital timer is a universal timer. Second, minutes, hours, on delay, off delay can be selected by dip switch provided at the back. Cyclic function also can be selected. The timer is also provided with battery back up to retain the set values in the event of power failure. The settings are done by feather touch switch provided at the front panel. Four digit LED display is provided. The desired time is set by the front panel setting.
