Epic Technologies India was establish in April 2003 as a technology transfer company from India. The founders of the company keyed in on an opportunity to assist global businesses in outsourcing cheaper human resource manpower and technologies available in India. The company's director found that it was sometimes very difficult for international companies to work with Indian Companies, Business Identities and Governmental Regulations. Epic Technologies India realized the potential in forming a one stop source to help international companies seek technical collaboration, joint venture opportunities and outsourcing technical work to India. Epic Technologies International Network of Clients made it possible for Indian Companies to work on various fronts of technological collaborations and seek various opportunities in the Middle East and Africa.

The company looked into the various requirements in Africa and Middle East and identified business opportunities in Construction, Agriculture, Bio Technologies, Agro Processing, Tourism and Process Manufacturing.

Epic Technologies also started to market itself as a technology provider, management partner, marketing partner and investment partner.

To date the company has invested in various project in Africa and the Middle East to a tune of US Dollar 1.5 Million and is expected to invest another US Dollar 3 to 4 million by 2010. Epic Technologies has a staff of 15 professional working in the company in its base in India and another 50 associate company consultants.
