He is a Mechanical Engineer and has taken VRS in October 99 from M/s Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., R.C. Puram, Hyderabad as Addl. General Manager. He has served BHEL R.C. Puram from 1968 to 1999 for 32 Years in various departments. His specialization is in steam turbine design of various capacities. He was in design department for 18 years and later he worked in Production , Quality control, Testing, Erection and Commissioning, and field Support Services.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and has 31 years of Experience in M/s Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, R.C. Puram, Hyderabad in the areas of Erection, Overhauls, Trouble Shooting of Turbines and Compressors. He is a specialist and has time tested capability in resolving critical problems on Steam turbines and Compressors of various manufactures.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and has 12 years of Experience in the areas manufacturing of Spares, Erection , Overhauls, and Trouble Shooting of Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors and Pumps of various manufacturers. He is a specialist in Reverse Engineering and can generate manufacturing drawings from customer supplied samples of Nozzles, Diaphragms, Blades, Rotors, Bearings and other critical components of steam turbines , compressors, generators and pumps of various manufacturers. He is also an expert in developing manufacturing drawings out of eroded and severely damaged components of rotating equipments.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and has 13 years of Experience in Planning, Production and Control and developing of vendors for both procurement of Raw materials and Sub Contract jobs. As an incharge for Sub Contract and Materials department he worked in his earlier career for certification and documentation of ISO 9001, ISO 9002. He is also having one year experience in operation and maintenance of bio mass power plant. Presently he is looking after supply of spares and repairs including procurement of raw material, preparation of drawings, vendor finalization etc.,
