TEXOL Industrial Scrubber or air pollution control device (APCD) is a pollution control technology that remove pollutants or suspended particulate matter (SPM) from a incinerator, boiler, generator, furnace flue gas or from other gas streams. In a scrubber, the polluted gas stream is brought into contact with the scrubbing liquid, by spraying it with the liquid or forcing it through a pool of liquid to remove the pollutants. TEXOL scrubbers or air pollution control device manufactured by using high quality of material like SS316, SS304, and MS IS2062 with inside lined or Fiber (FRP) and it is designed on conditions and the nature of the air pollutants involved inlet gas characteristics and dust properties present at the stage of process. The configurations of scrubbers and scrubbing systems designed to provide good contact between the liquid or agent through SS 316L spiral type (Non chocking) such as lime or sodium hydroxide or Water circulation with 5% caustic soda.

TEXOL Industrial Shredder designed cut or de shape large partials into tiny pieces so that cannot be manipulated like syringe, glucose bottles, vegetables, water bottles, and other plastic items. Shredder will be having feeding hopper and a cutting chamber with high torque alloy hardened steel share blade, motor is connected with heavy duty gearbox to ensure low RPM and safety.
