  • After the coding of data, DP personnel develop individual customized data punching programs using software like FoxPro, Access or VB (as per the specific requirements of the project)

Data Cleaning:

  • After the researched data is entered in the files, it is cleaned based on predefined rules (described either by researcher or analyst)

  • For ensuring optimum quality and accuracy of data, supervisor of each individual coder/KPO randomly conducts a check on the punching and coding of 20% data

Quality Assurance

Anintegral part of our entire research process, our well defined quality assurance approach includes verification of data collected through fieldwork of every interviewer by the QA. With random selection process of forms, QA activity is carried out simultaneously with fieldwork and generated reports are submitted to the project in-charge & field department. Further, for monitoring the progress of surveys and quality standards being followed internally, we also invite clients to accompany us on field visits with surveyors/ quality assurance team.
