Texplas of Texplas Group of Companies was setup in close vicinity of electrical giant BHEL in the year 1975. It was formed under the dynamic direction of Mr. J.C. Jain, the Chairman Managing Director of the group.

The Composites Division at Texplas India Ltd was set up in 1975 as an ancillary to BHEL. Today it have diversified our product range and customers. It involved in manufacturing high-end engineering products for companies like BHEL, Alstom, Areva, ABB and Honeywell etc.
Texplas India Pvt Ltd has a rich experience of more than 35 years in the field of Composite Products which helps us to explore the field of composites towards Rubber Based Composite products. We have come out with Silicon Composite Insulator Technology to replace the traditional types such as glass and porcelain insulators. As a result of continued efforts and research, a cross linked polymer i.e., Silicon Rubber with excellent outdoor performance and other desired properties needed for the outdoor installation of insulators. This technology involves a high performance polymer material with high mechanical strength fiber glass rod and metal fittings to produce a high quality and high performance composite insulator.
It have 14 Injection Molding Machines with capacities ranging from 110 Tons and 250 Tons. All machines are efficient to produce components with 100% efficiency.
