Chhipa Science Graduate himself and school teacher decided to tame his luck with preparation to clinch the opportunity. Over a period of almost 4 decades, by sheer hard and diligent work, he has successfully created a conglomeration of manufacturing activities, covering Optical Whitening Agents, Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Mordant Dyes, 1:1, 1:2, Metal Complex Dyes, Acid Dyes, Reactive Dyes and Direct Dyes. In this endeavor he has been ably assisted by his worthy sons, Mr.Firoz Chhipa ,also a Science Graduate, and Mr. Faruk Chhipa, a Marketing Expert. Their efforts bore fruits and the following four units by and by took shape. |
Testing FacilitiesR & D Research and Development of different Dyes and Dyes Intermediates, are a continuous process in factory as also through associate laboratories,in order to develop new products. Presently development of Mordant Blue 13 and Mordant Black 9 is under progress. Similar plans are there for Dyes not yet introduced in India. Plans are afoot to develop them and research is in progress for this purpose.
Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Policy Quality is the Hall Mark of the organisation and this is a consistent and continuous endeavour. The raw material coming in is checked to see if it meets with the required quality standards. Also once the end product is made it is doubly ensured that it is perfect. Special precautions, are being taken to see that 21 Banned Amines under German decree are not used in the products manufactured
