This is used to cover the chemicals used for fumigation purposes to prevent hazardous gas emanation.

Double side coated fabrics are used for gas covers, sliding doors, covering floors of fishing trawlers, play ground covers etc. double side coated, single side printed awning fabrics are suitable for decorative frontage, canopies, sunshades etc.

Fabrics are being used for boxing gloves, boxing pads, tennis net lining etc.

Protective fabrics coated with pvc, pu, ultra-violet finishes etc in industries to handle hazardous chemicals, acids. Heavy coatings on fabrics for garments used in beehive industries.

Double side pvc coated for tents and shelters. The above products are available in different colours and custom made structures.

Ideally suited to cover trucks loaded with non-perishables. Custom made tarpaulins to cover trucks could also be manufactured.

Football & basketball : pvc coated fabrics are fast replacing leather footballs. Pvc coated fabric footballs can be used during rain, snowfall and in extreme cold conditions.

He above are available in different thicknesses starting from 0. 5mm to 2. 5mm for different applications and different feel (soft as well as rigid), like diary covers, cycle seat covers, car door pads, anti skid foot pads for automobile.

Artificial leather cloth for wallets, purses, bags and luggage are available in different stock designs with different type of backing cloth like stretching/drill/knitted fabrics.

We can offer various types of finishes / coatings on 100% cotton, blends or even synthetic fabrics. Polyurethane, poly acrylic, paper finish, teflon, stain free, water repellant, water proof, colour coating, wrinkle free, glitter coating, metallic coating, chintz, perfume, anti-microbial, ultra-violet finishes etc. The minimum width of 36" upto a maximum of 60" can be processed on our machines. We can assure about 10 washes for normal home laundering in all cases except in wrinkle free, where we can offer about 5 washes. The garments made out of these fabrics goes for outer wear, jackets, swim wear, sports wear, furnishings, etc.

These finishes are given primarily on cotton fabric, which are easily susceptible to bacterial growth. These speciality chemicals prevent the growth of fungus, bacteria etc on the fabrics.

Products are under development which are both-side pvc coated with anti dust/uv resistant treatment used for front-lit and back-lit applications. tarpaulins are available in weights of 610 gsm(grams / sq. M), 680 gsm, 720 gsm, 800 gsm, 1000 gsm and 1200 gsm. The tarpaulins can withstand temperature up to 120 deg. C. They are all flame retardant. Available in standard colours of royal blue, grey, biege, black, yellow, green. Other colours can also be supplied on specific request.
