Spread over a sprawling area of 15,000 s. q. ft, our production department cum showroom is segregated into various sub-functional units, such as wide store-Department,fabriclayering & cutting department ,stitching unit, packaging facility, product finishing space and quality control department. Our ultra modern manufacturing unit is outfitted with advanced designing and fabrication machines. By inculcating these machines and the latest fabrication techniques, we have been able to meet the bulk requirements of our clients in a timely manner. Further, the machines and technology is regularly upgraded as per the current technological advancements in the industry.

The Bedding Theme is very strong in sourcing of fabrics such as cotton, Linen, Flex, Variety of silks and other natural & blended fabrics, along with wide range of synthetic/polyester fabric as we have a good tie up with the renowned weaver and mills throughout India, thus offering the finest fabrics to our buyers and that too at a very competitive prices .The Production teams of The Bedding Theme is well qualified and technically sound to handle all the production hindrance & delivers the merchandise at the required international quality standards. To safely store, pack and supply the offered product gamut in a timely and systematic manner, we have constructed an in-house warehousing facility. Each process of this facility is carried out in a meticulous manner so that both, the raw material and the products, are secured from all kinds of damages. Our warehousing personnel take precautionary steps to protect the unit from rodents and pests. The consignments are safely packed using high quality packaging material to minimize the chances of wear and tear.

He has gained a good name & reputation for his hard work & commitments among the clients. All the administration work falls under his excellent supervision.

Mr. Harish Madan (President); Textile designer & home décor/interior stylist; Over 15 year of experience, having the exposure of major markets globally. He is working with many top stylist & designers. He has the vast knowledge of fabrics, quality- raw material & all aspects of production process. He leads & motivation the working force of TBT.
