About UsOur organization, based in Calcutta, India, was incepted in April 1939 as a partnership firm, to take advantage of the economic boom during the Second World War.
We began with manufacturing and reconditioning mechanical machinery spares, besides servicing a wide range of machinery, which was new to the country then.
Over time, we diversified into manufacturing and fabricating mechanical spare parts as import substitutes and otherwise, for industrial plant maintenance at emergency, preventive, and periodic levels.
We also manufacture and supply a host of other items and spares, custom made as and when required, for various industries in India.
We are a registered small-scale industry, and are among pioneers in developing spares and accessories for the mineral exploration industry in India, having done so during the mid fifties.
On and from 1st April 1990 the erstwhile partnership firm was acquired by Ms Strong Tools and Equipment Pvt. Ltd. A company registered under the Indian Companies Act. |
