The promoters of TFC have about 15 years of experience in textile and printing and TFC has been in the flag manufacturing business since 2006. In a very short span of time, TFC has managed to capture a substantially high market share in the premium flag market of India and is making impressive inroads into the internationals markets - Africa, Europe and South East Asia. Since inception, TFC has been growing in turnover by more than 100% on a year-on-year basis

In the recent past, TFC has manufactured flags for various government bodies (Indian and International), defense and police services (Army, Navy and Airforce), sports clubs (Irish County Flags, World Badminton Youth Games, BCCI, Indian Premier League, Indian Olympic Association, Hockey Federation of India) and large corporates (Reliance Industries, TATA Group, Pfizer, Accenture, Vodafone, Sun Pharma among others) locally and globally. Owing to our high quality of production and competitive pricing, we were selected as the ‘Official Flag Suppliers’ for the 4th CISM World Military Games, held in Oct’07 in Hyderabad, India, wherein more than 110 countries had participated.

Apart from the institutional sales business, TFC has also revolutionized the concept of flag sales India by retailing premium quality India flags through the largest retail chains of India - Reliance Retail, Aditya Birla Retail (More), Shoppers Stop (Crossword), Staples, Bombay Store among others. This is the first time that high quality India flags are being retailed through modern trade.

Our flags are manufactured using polyester - knitted, woven, satin and spun polyester, cotton, nylon and khadi in sizes varying from 2in x 3in (table flag) to 2m x 3m (outdoor flag made on single piece of cloth without stitching).

Quality Assurance

Stitching

Our stitching unit comprises of high end machines and trained workers, who are skilled in operating these machines. At present, we have a comprehensive setup of almost 100 machines of different kinds, supported by switch track system, which is a modern solution to ensure a clean environment in stitching.

Packaging

Our different unit of packaging is solely responsible for customized packaging of our products. From flag and table flag accessories to garment and garment accessories, we ensure that all products are packed depending on the order placed be it small or as per requirements of international packing standards. This will assure of safe delivery of the products till it reaches at the final destination.

So ensure the exact color dye, we use high quality fabric such as woven polyester, knitted polyester, bunting polyester, satin polyester, cotton, T/C, nylon and different other materials as per specific requirements of our clients. Through our varieties of flags, we have satisfies a wide clientèle spread all across the globe.

In addition to this, we also have separate units to facilitate error free products within stipulated frame of time. This units are for fabric processing, stitching and packaging.

Fabric Processing

This unit is well-equipped with Jigger, Padding mangle, Drying Range & Stenter Frame . We also specializes in Screen Printing, Dispersed printing using the best knitted polyester fabrics available at our end. Our well equipped fabric processing unit enable us to produce fabric weighing from 6 kg/100meter to 50 kg/100meter, width ranging from 36” to 72”.

Color:We ensure that for whichever country we manufacture the flag, we abide by the color specified by the statutory body. Our abilities have made us offer the same in different colors and shades.

All the flags are manufactured to the pantone color code of that country.
