At every stage of our production process checks are made to ensure that quality does not suffer in any way. From the time raw material is procured to the time the finished product reaches our client all efforts are made to maintain precision and quality of the garments and textiles.

At present our manufacturing units, comprising two in number, are located at 13, Manisha Plaza, Sonapur Lane, Kurla(west), Mumbai, Maharashtra. Spread over a wide area of 10000 sq. ft our production units are backed by state of the art machinery. With our production capacity of 50000 units we are more than capable of meeting bulk orders given by clients. Our manufacturing units are equipped with machinery like:

Each garment manufactured at The Garment Co. passes through various processes of dyeing, cutting, stitching and finishing under the watchful eyes of our various operational heads. Our competent staff is the backbone of our manufacturing process. Our machines are regularly serviced and all efforts are made to maintain them in optimum working condition.

The requirements of our clients determine our products which are crafted to specifications provided by them. Right from the design stage various options in style, color and size are made available to our clients. Our own in-house designing team can be called upon to assist and advise in all matters of pattern and color and style.
