Naryan N. Gokhale was an engineer, scientist and industrialist, who wrote several technical papers & a visionary far ahead of his times, founded GMO in 1939. Today GMO has grown into a large industrial unit having manufacturing facility on a 4500 square yards area in Kanpur and a new 25,000 sqare yard plant in Bhopal Central India. All the current owners of this family owned company are engineers and continue to follow the motto of the founder WORK HARD, THINK BIG, THINK AHEAD.

Industrial knives are manufactured for the Pulp, Sugar, Plywood, Plastic, Leather Industries, Textile Industries catering to the needs of several clients not only in India but also in South East Asia, Africa and other countries.
