Quality Policy / ProcessesOur Quality Process.....An Overview We use appropriate gramage and strength of jute, jute-cotton, jute-canvas, cotton, canvas, and silk fabric in the production process. Lamination, when required, is done with PP/LDP of at least 80 gms per sq.meter
The fabrics are dyed and printed by adopting silk printing, batik printing, tie & dye printing and block printing techniques using vegetable/AZO free fast colours. Hand painting with fabric, pastel colour is done decorated with sequin, beads, seashell and other decorative fittings.
Embroidery (hand and computerized machines), eplic work, Kantha stitch, etc. are also done. Cutting and stitching is done by employing quality powered machines that ensures quality finish.
We follow Six-Sigma technique for close understanding of customer needs, disciplined use of facts, data, statistical analysis, and diligent attention to managing, improving, and reinventing business processes.
