Established in the year 2001, we are a proprietorship firm offering well developed and maintained hostel facilities. The involved business operations are managed by a team of professionals led by Mr. Rakesh Gupta, who has with him many years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Our hostel facilities are located at Dehradun, the beautiful hill capital of Uttaranchal state. The facilities designed and developed by us are well equipped with kitchen facilities that provide nutritious and hygienic vegetarian food, fruits and milk everyday in the morning. It also has RO system for purified water that is available 24x7.

Our facilities of Girls hostel accommodations are situated amidst sprawling green landscape & colorful architecture with plenty of free space and fresh air. • Residents are required to sign an agreement which sets out their entitlement to shared accommodation (their rights and responsibilities)

Costing Factor?

We offer students cozy and clean rooms with beautiful city view, comfortable beds, service of helpful and professional staff, tasty breakfast and excellent location that makes our hostel the first choice of students. Our costing includes:

• A reasonable fee, payable in advance, that covers both the accommodation as well as utility charges like, electricity and Hostel telephone rental

Some of the rules and regulations followed by all students residing in the hostel include:

• A student once admitted in the hostel continues to be a hostel inmate throughout the year
• He has to pay the annual fees for the full academic session
• The amount will be forfeited if the inmate decides to leaves hostel mid-session
• Every boarder should stay in the accommodation allotted to her by the mistress as per first come first serve basis
• He will not be allowed to change the accommodation once allotted
• A boarder should check the fittings in his room at the time of occupation (If there is any deficiency or inadequacy, it should be brought to the notice of the mistress)
• He shall be responsible for fittings and shall see to it that they are in order at the time of handing over charge of the room
• Boarder will be personally and collectively responsible for any loss or damage to hostel furniture or other fittings in all the common facilities
• A boarder should not enter the rooms of others who are not in their rooms
• The windows and doors/ wall paint shall not to be tampered with (writing/ damage is strictly prohibited & all repair costs would be at boarder’s cost)
• Use of electrical appliances like heaters, hotplates, etc, in the hostel rooms is prohibited
• Boarder must not keep valuable in their rooms (extra money must be deposited in the post office/savings bank account)
• A boarder himself is responsible for all of his belongings (hostel will not be responsible for any loss incurred due to his negligence or any other reason whatsoever)
• No one should use the belongings of other students without their consent
• All meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea will be served in the dining hall only (boarders are not permitted to dine in the hostel rooms)
• Every boarder must return to the Hostel before 7 p.m
• Visitors are not permitted to stay in the hostel after 7 p.m
• Parents/ guardian of boarder can stay with them only on paid basis by obtaining permission from mistress (under no circumstances for more than one day)
• Hostel Prefects are appointed to supervise and maintain discipline (every resident should cooperate with them in the discharge of their duties)
• Boarder shall not leave the hostel for out-of station visits without prior written permission of the mistress concerned (absence from hostel without permission will be viewed seriously)
• A boarder shall not hand over the keys to his room to any other student/ person except the mistress of the hostel concerned
• The mistress or a Head of Hostel staff nominated by the owner can inspect the room of any boarder at any time
• Ragging is a CRIMINAL AND NON BAILABLE OFFENCE, and is strictly prohibited (to minimize such incidents, boarder of first year are urged not to visit other hostels without their mistress's permission)
• Boarders are not allowed to keep weapons including NANCHAKOO etc. in their possession in the hostel
• Consumption of Liquor including beer, gutkha etc. and smoking are strictly prohibited in hostel (strict action would be taken in the case found guilty)
• Lights and fans to be switched off when not in use or Any boarder with history of any kind of illness or health hazard is to be brought to the notice of hostel mistress/ management (in written) at the time of admission
• Police verification from Local Police Station of a boarder is required
• 10 Latest Passport Photo of boarder is required

• Facility for providing basic first-aid facility to the students
• Tie-up arrangement with reputed hospital/nursing home at Dehradun for emergencies
• Easy public transport available in the vicinity of the hostel for Dehradun City
• Paid transport facilities also available from hostel to university institute and twice in a month for outing
